Life after MTNL ADSL broadband.

Getting and maintaining MTNL ADSL broadband connection is a bit of a D-I-Y effort. The so-called 'Helpdesk' is hardly a helpdesk. If you don't know more than normal about computers you are going to face problems. Not that other service providers are any better! I've tried the '115 kbps' Reliance service also.

However, speeds are pretty okay with MTNL broadband. On the whole, I would give it a 50-50 at the moment.

yes, mtnl helpdesk is a disaster, same goes with bsnl, its better for these corporations to outsource services of this kind.
